CLASSES

HOT FLOW YOGA

This Vinyasa flow class practices synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.  Instructors will guide you through sun salutations, a variety of standing poses, and stretches that will help strengthen the body and focus the mind.  All levels welcome.

YOGA CORE

This class focuses on core strengthening through a mix of exercises, while still in yogic method. You will be guided through bridge pose, hip lifts, supta baddha konasana sit ups, twists, planks and other arm balances, ab stretches, and of course a bunch of squats and lunges!  Some Yoga experience a plus – All levels welcome.

This Deep Stretch class focuses on opening-up the connective tissues, relaxing the muscles, and calming the nervous system. Some postures use yoga props as support to deeply release muscle tension. The focus of restorative yoga is on stillness and calming movements sustained for long periods of time.  Instructors will guide you to find your boundary within a stretch and push it just a little further.  All levels welcome.

LIT YOGA

This unique class blends dance and elements of Kundalini Yoga and focuses on enjoying the balance between athleticism and sensuality.  The instructor incorporates plyometrics and high-intensity aerobics moves to create a fun, playful dance party that will shape your body while awakening your energy and burning calories! All levels welcome.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
